Janine helped me sell my condo quickly in a tough market

Janine helped me sell my condo quickly in a tough market. When I first contacted Janine, she sent me data about the market and her own personal performance. I really appreciated the transparency. She helped me set the right price and prepare the property for sale. Janine used a professional photographer/videographer. As I live outside of the area, Janine graciously helped me coordinate cleaning and some minor improvements. Janine frequently kept me updated on showings and interested buyers. Janine was very available via phone, text, and email. When I received an offer, Janine helped me negotiate not only the closing price, but also other aspects of the sale. From a personal perspective, Janine has a great personality and immediately put me at ease. I would highly recommend Janine without reservation.
