I can't say enough about Janine! She not only sold our house quicker than we thought would be possible but for more money than we thought we would get! Not only that, BUT she helped us find a place to rent! She was responsive and communicated through texts and even took us to see a place on a Sunday morning. We researched 4 realtors including her and had trouble believing the reviews but seeing is believing. Hire her, you will not be disappointed!!

We had to move cities in a jiffy, it all seemed overwhelming since not only did we have to pack and move, we also had to get the current house ready for sale and then put it on the market. Janine was very resourceful in helping us find help to get the house in shape for the sale and at the same time not overshooting our budget. She is full of energy and as soon as we got the house ready, we hit the road running in terms of marketing and campaign for the sale. She is very punctual, responsive and above board. Finally, we had already moved to the new city and the house was on the market for a few months, Janine was very helpful with ensuring that it was taken care of properly and shown to prospective parties in a timely manner. Finally, once we locked down the sale, she was again instrumental in getting the deal closed managing various parties such as surveyors, loan agents, lawyers etc. In a nutshell, Janine did a great job for us and the sale was a smooth and painless process which was completed in a timely manner for us. We would highly recommend Janine to others.
