Difficult, trying to sell a house in Florida when you live outside the States especially during a pandemic! Janine did a great job thou, thorough, made sure we were informed of requirements and documents needed during inspection .Followed our direction and also offered great advice and kept us up to date as circumstances unfolded. Covid certainly added more challenges , would have been much easier had we been in Florida ,quarantine times in Canada are mandatory , Canadians were allowed to fly to Florida but 2 weeks quarantine times on return discouraged trips anywhere for us !
