My husband and I were thinking of selling but unsure how much our condo was worth. Janine’s price valuation exceeded our expectations so we listed with her the same day. She immediately began work arranging top quality photography, video, TV, print advertising. She staged our condo with warm personal touches to look even more appealing. We almost bought it back after seeing the amazing video which included the interior and lanai in both twilight and day light, plus rooftop and community amenities. Janine was very thoughtful in determining when was the best time for the condo to hit the MLS, social media and all major websites in time for Memorial Day weekend. We were under contract in 3 days at the full asking price of $3,899,000! This was a record price, at the time, in Kalea Bay. Janine handled everything, all the way through closing, with attention to detail and a cheerful and responsive attitude. We could not be more delighted to have had a phenomenal agent especially since we were not local. We never had to worry about a thing – Janine handled it all.
