I can't say enough about Janine Kloiber as a real estate agent, all around awesome human being and now trusted friend. She was a perfect fit for our family and the complexities of our sale and her attention to detail saved us time and time again as we worked our sale through the lengthy probate process. Janine brought together the various attorneys who represented the multiple sellers' interests and was on top of all issues, communicating them clearly and effectively to all involved. Her response rating would be a 10; she often got back to us within minutes. She was open, transparent, dedicated, researched and seasoned and if she didn't immediately have the answer she would reach out to someone who did. Her ability to effectively communicate allowed us to work through several challenging selling setbacks that threatened the closure of the sale. She brought in professionals who had expertise in the uncommon type of sale we were attempting to accomplish. From our first meeting she went above and beyond, guiding us through the process of preparing our property to stand out from other, similarly priced properties that were available at the time. Ultimately her dedication resulted in the sale of our property in less than a week, as is, over the asking price and with a waiver of the appraisal. Her professionalism, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics were very much appreciated and I enthusiastically recommend her as the only real estate agent you'll ever need!
