Janilyn Layton

Janilyn was always willing to adjust to our needs and desires when searching for our very first home. She helped with many little details that as a first time home buyer I overlooked often. Would highly recommend!

Janilyn was more help than I could have ever asked for. We purchased our home at the height of the 2021 market, when houses were sold within hours of listing. Janilyn made time to show us the home and write an immediate offer. That afternoon was countless phone calls to make the deal happen, Janilyn made it happen and our offer was the one excepted in a multiple offer bidding war. Highly Recommended!

We had such a positive experience with Janilyn. She was flexible on scheduling our walkthrough (we changed our appointment time last minute). She made the process of extending an offer quick and easy. She consistently reached out to us during the buying process so we were aware of what steps were complete - and what steps were coming next. From offer to close was a quick timeline (less than 3 weeks), but I never once doubted her or her team. She was a great liaison between us and the sellers and we were able to ask the sellers questions about the property during the entirety of the buying process. Highly recommend Janilyn for your home buying needs!

She is a very dedicated and professional realtor, with a high level of experience. Her years of experienced are shown in the way she negotiates a sale. She also find us a new house to move in with all the specifications we asked for.

Janilyn was such a blessing to my family during a stressful time. She was always prompt with responses when we tried to contact her and seemed eager to help. We felt she really cared about us and she was always willing to help us in any way. Janilyn is the best!!
