Janiene Palmeri

Janiene was the consummate professional throughout the entire buying and selling process. For our first discussion to sell our property she came prepared with comps and the history of our address and town. While giving sound advice, she never persuaded us one way or the other and let us feel as though we were in the driver's seat throughout the entire process. She put together beautiful marketing materials and held successful open houses for us. She stayed on top of the timelines we set and made sure we were kept in the loop as progress was made with paperwork, attorneys, etc. For the buying process she was extremely flexible and worked around our schedule for viewing homes. When we found one we liked she gave us her professional opinion, again, without being pushy. We never felt as though she was trying to make a sale - we felt as though she was our trusted advisor, which I think is rare. To sum up Janiene as a real estate agent, we would say that she is prompt, knowledgeable and professional. There are many stressful moments throughout this process and Janiene was a voice a reason and a calming presence. I would definitely recommend her to a friend or family member for buying or selling a house.
