I'm so glad I chose Janie as our agent. She's extremely knowledgeable, honest, such a great personality, and just nice to be around during this emotional roller-coaster that house hunting can be in this sellers market. I was also very pleased with the relationships she had with who approved us for our loan, to the inspection, to the appraisal, to the concession conversation regarding the contractor needed to get necessary work done since we didn't already know of anyone trustworthy. The whole process was seamless and if I were crazy enough to buy a house in a sellers market again, I'd only choose Janie to guide us through.
