We have known Janie Berman for many years and have found her to be an extremely knowledgeable and professional realtor. We met with her in early January 2018 to establish a sales price on our home in Emerald Hills. She gave us a complete market evaluation and helped us prepare the home for sale by suggesting some minor improvements such as painting certain areas, pressure cleaning and putting in new mulch in the garden areas to make the home very inviting for potential buyers. After agreeing on a price, the house was put on the market. Janie did an excellent job of marketing our home and within 2 days after it was listed, we had a full price cash offer which we accepted. Needless to say we were ecstatic. But she didn’t stop there; she was with us from the time the offer was accepted to the final closing about 60 days later. Her phone was always open to answer any questions or concerns that we had during the process.
