Janici was referred to me by a friend, and everything they raved about her was/is true. Unfortunate, my house had to go through probate, but Janici made things easy, and managed to sell my house in 2 weeks like she said. She goes out of her way to help and very flexible. I do not feel rushed in any way, and now she is helping me find my new home. We drive around from house to house, she is ready with all of the information we need. Janici's advice is right on target!
