Jan is a native of Pasadena, living and working in Sierra Madre.
She has a long history in the real estate marketplace and worked in the real estate home loan and finance segment for 20 years. Her vast experience in home loan financing gives Jan the ability to make the entire real estate process smooth and effortless for her clients.
Additionally, she has experience in interior design and home staging. Jan is able to help buyers and sellers with the best presentation possible for their homes.
Wiles, has certification in SRES, CNE, Green, and NAR.
Jan’s devotion to her clients and gift of listening to their housing needs is a key factor to her success.
She now has three generations living in Sierra Madre and the entire family takes great pride in being active members of the community. In her free time she enjoys golf, hiking,pilates, and live music. Jan is a member of the Sierra Madre Historical Preservation Society and also the Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts.
