Janice was incredibly helpful. She was very responsive and helped with the purchase of my first home. She was flexible and showed us many great homes. She had knowledge of the area and was able to answer or look into all of my questions.

As a first time home buyer I was told that I would be nerves but Janice made this process easier on me. Janice had my best interest and helped me understand everything I needed to. She explained everything in detail and therefore I didn't have any questions after she explained. And if I had to go through this process again I wouldn't want anyone else by my side other than Janice Weathington.

Ms Weathington was professional at all times. She was honest and operated with persistence and great integrity on my behalf. She was always ahead of the business as far as letting me know when it was time to do wahtever it was that I needed to do. She never had me expecting one thing while getting another. If there was something she was not sure about she would research it before giving me an answer or telling how to react to any situation. I think the world of her and look forward to working with her in my corner in the near future.
