The sale of my home went fairly quickly, and she was very helpful in setting up potential buyers to view the home and my experience with her was pleasurable and positive. She really kept me informed about the offers that she was receiving and she called me about some things that were impacting some of the offers around the neighborhood, which was very helpful. She listed the home fairly quickly and she provided a photographer who took many pictures that inspired a lot of interest in scheduling the viewing to sell the home. Although, the final purchase price of my home was lower than expected, and I probably could have gotten more if I waited longer, I was satisfied because I wanted to sell the house as soon as possible
