Unbelievable organization with the process going through escrow. The buyers had a FHA loan which required numerous inspections and even her Husband helped with some of the work the buyer needed done. I believe Janice was accurate with her value of the home and made it work so it was a win-win for both the buyer and myself. I am not sure at her age why she still works, she has money, maybe it is because she has a Passion for assisting and guiding people with passionate goals of there own.

Janice gets the job done. Very professional and her realtor experience is obvious because she really knows the market and how to get your house sold.
