Janice is the best real estate agent whom we have had the pleasure to work with. She was extremely well-prepared and spent two whole days with us showing all available property and giving us a grand tour in and around town, typically reserved for tourists on vacation. She spared no time and effort finding the right house for us, even though the odds seemed to be working against us in the specified price range. She managed to locate a “dream house” for almost a bargain price and got our offer accepted against other competing bids. She greatly facilitated the closing process by mediating between us, the title company, numerous other agencies and the bank. She went as far as arranging and supervising repairs which would have been upon us. After closing, she volunteered to transfer the utilities to our name; even received and stored furniture and household appliances in our absence. In summary, she has made the whole house-buying process a joy and has earned our highest recommendation.
