Ms. Janice was a pleasure to work with on buying our first home. She always went above and beyond to help us throughout our journey. She is extremely knowledgeable about the process, the area, expectations, and timelines. She helped simplify the process and make it so less stressful. We toured at least 8 homes and when we found the one we knew it was gonna be it! She provided us with little print outs before looking at homes and would go over flood zoning. Communicating with her was a breeze and she was always just a call or text away. When it came to negotiations and whatnot she was amazing at getting things done from the seller as far as repairs and fixing goes.
