I am so grateful to have had Janice's guidance...
I am so grateful to have had Janice's guidance and help throughout this process. She was very quick to respond and very clear in her explanations; she gave me great advice about the offer and negotiation process; and she shared really useful insights into the local area, building issues, housing market, and the whole complicated process (less complicated with Janice's help!).
