I cannot say enough good things about Janice. We sold our home in Jacksonville in December and relocated to the Tampa area - Janice found us a great rental on super short notice around the holidays, and immediately began helping in the search for our new home. She put in a lot of hours on nights and weekends in addition to normal business hours to get offers in, coordinate with our lender and with inspectors, and she made the process of moving to a new area and buying a new house EXTREMELY easy. The realtor we bought and sold with in Jacksonville highly recommended Janice to us and I can see why. You're going to get a very knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, thorough person working for you when you work with her. Moving over the holidays, having to find a rental, and then searching for a new home on a tight timeframe should have been hard, but Janice made it all a breeze.
