Janice (pronounced Ja-niece) is the best of the best in this profession. She is very hard working and truly cares about her clients. Both sellers and buyers. I have been on both sides of the coin with her, and she always goes above and beyond for us. She had a 9-day close for my house that I was selling, and I would (and do) recommend her all the time. I have known her for years and she is always true to her word. She is my go-to person whenever there is someone wanting to buy/sell in the mobile home park I live in and has sold 10 properties within this past year alone. Amazing lady!
