And she helped with some minor contract work that needed to be done to the house prior. She knew her market and how it would react and she also hit that nail on the head 100%. We were able to sell the house quickly, with a short closing date which was also helpful. I can’t say enough good things about her in reference to the sale of this house. I recommend her highly.
