When we engaged Janice as our agent we had no idea that the search for our new home would be so time-consuming. We explained our requirements to Janice and the process began. Over the course of 8 months we visited many listed home properties. Janice supplied us with advance notice on many of these properties. We made unsuccessful offers on two properties. We then found a home that fit almost all of our requirements, and worked with Janice to structure an offer that was quickly accepted. Janice had helped us to prepare our old home for sale, and when our offer on our new home was accepted she listed our old home. The subsequent showings and open house resulted in 2 or 3 immediate offers, and we accepted one of them. Throughout the entire process Janice stayed focused on getting us the desired result.
