Since 1994 I have been involved in many real estate transactions and unfortunately have never really had a positive experience with a realtor. They have been flakey and often just like order takers. I initially reached out to Janice in 2018 regarding my mother’s rental, that was in a not so desirable part of town, she did a market analysis and provided my mother with a lot of useful information. My elderly mother was not ready to put her rental on the market quite yet and Janice was incredibly understanding and always kept the lines of communication open. She rolled up her sleeves and provided solutions that kept us on track to close, it didn’t matter to her that this was a “small sale” this is where we really saw her integrity shine. She worked so hard for us that we knew she would be the only realtor for our next transaction and the following one after that!
