Janice knows her SLO real estate market. She learned what we liked & didn't like. If she came across a residence she liked, it was for the purpose of finding the right house for us. Having resided in SLO for a period of time, she has numerous proven contacts & referrals for housing related needs. We started our search with Janice via phone calls & the internet. Whenever we were interested in a listing, without hesitation, she would look it up, tell us what she knew of the area & the listing, & would do an on site evaluation, sometimes with Facetime, for our benefit. At times we felt as if we were imposing on her by asking her to look at a listing. She explained that viewing a house benefits us & her as well, continuing her education of the available listings. When we were in the area, she made the time to meet us & drive us to view available listings. During the course of an inspection , nothing misses her eye, she looks at a house as if she were buying it for herself.
