I cannot adequately express how much I appreciate Janice and her partner Susan. They patiently and graciously helped me purchase my first home in Patchogue last year. It's a 2 bedroom co-op and the process for board approval took longer than expected but they were there every step of the way. We were in constant communication; they always returned my call promptly or responded to my email or text quickly. Lovely lovely ladies, excellent negotiators and super helpful. Even now, we keep in touch. I would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody.
