Janice really helped us sell our old house and buy our new home in a time where the market was extremely saturated with buyers and hurting for sellers. She did what seemed impossible, and made it feel painless. Though, I'm sure she was agent to multiple buyers/sellers at the same time, Janice made sure we felt like we were her only customers. I would and have recommended her to anyone looking into the housing market as a buyer, seller or both.
