Professional, efficient and timely

My husband I cannot say enough good things about Janice. We put our home up for sale while out of the country. Janice went above and beyond to do her job. Staged our home, pre-qualified buyers, and stayed in close contact to keep us involved as project progressed. Being out of town and not knowing the necessary steps Janice communication skills left us very comfortable with NO stress. She stated she would do want is necessary based on the winter weather. Even having staff come to shovel the driveway if there was a showing and our contracted plowing person was not there yet. Unbelievable ❣️ The process was seamless and allowed us the necessary time to fly home when an accepted offer and pack up our home. She even offered to help with that process. Janice is a wonderful, honest and more a trusted friend who we hope to stay in contact with. Thank you Janice 🤗
