Dream Home!

We are happy to be settled into our dream home, thank you Janice. In today's competitive market we leaned on Janice's expertise in a builder community - where she has past experience - to negotiate terms and pricing to our satisfaction. There was one reasonably significant issue that needed to be resolved with the builder, just before closing, and Janice navigated this stressful challenge for our peace of mind and with a successful outcome. (Janice also sold our primary residence in 36 hours on Feb 4 and an investment property in 48 hours on April 26!!! Awesome, awesome!!)
