Janica is hands down the best agent out there. She is dedicated, flexible and goes above and beyond to make you feel like her top priority. I had been house hunting with 2 other agents for over 6 months before I found Janica. Every home I liked was in contract before I could even get a viewing! I was having to do all the work of finding and researching homes myself. As a new home buyer, I thought that was just a byproduct of the crazy CA market. Thankfully I was connected to Janica and my whole experience flipped on a dime! From day 1, Janica worked diligently to help me find my dream home. She connected me with her network of power players - including Scott Groves' incredible mortgage team (who helped clear up some bad information I'd been previously given and qualified me for more than I thought I could afford!). When we found "the one", Janica pulled out all the stops to ensure I had a winning offer within my budget.
