Within 3 days of putting my house on the market, she had 20 offers. I understand that is not the norm, but that just shows how knowledgeable she is with the market. Her dedication did not stop there. She continued to show me houses until we found the perfect house for me. I knew within minutes of walking in the front door it was my next home. What makes Janette stand out from other agents is her continuous communication with the process of the sell or buy.
