Janette was excellent to work with. She really went above and beyond what I expect from a realtor. She was responsive to my needs as a buyer; was understanding when I told her I wanted to wait a few months before looking again and then was ready to go when I emailed her. Janette worked extremely hard for me; setting up showings and really providing me with excellent information as a first time home buyer in California. Janette also did all the little things; communicated directly with my mortgage broker, attended my home inspection and then gave me a full detailed run-down (as I couldn't be there), attended the closing and explained all of my questions, and then met my house to give me my keys. She truly was there for every step of the process and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend Janette.
