Janette took amazing pictures of my property for sale and within 30 days my property was sold and I was on to buying my new property which she got us closed and done within 30 days as well. From start to finish it was so easy and smooth. She took care of everything, and even put a beautiful welcoming basket there for us to come home to. Very fast communication, as soon as I voiced something she would get right on it. In negotations, she advocated very strongly to get me what I wanted even when I would have been uncertain about pushing for it myself, and everything worked out great. She got me termite protection when I thought it probably wasn't necessary, and lo and behold I needed a termite treatment and it was fully covered - she knows what she is doing. She did a great job and cares a lot about finding a home that you will be happy with, she isn't just trying make quick sales.
