Janet has always looked out for our best interests, and has made the process of changing homes so much easier! She is always very informative and makes sure we know exactly what to expect at every step of the way! I couldn't be more pleased with how everything went! I recommend her and Carpenter Realty often. A++
Janet Zachary went above and beyond our expectations! She kept in almost constant communication, making sure we understood every step of the entire process, being completely transparent with all things positive as well as things we needed to work on. She was such an absolute joy to work with and we will absolutely use her again if we are EVER in the market! Thanks Janet, you truly are the BEST!!
Janet & Steve Zachary were great to work with. They worked diligently to get the house sold and kept us informed during the entire process. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a realtor.
Janet was knowledgeable, firm yet kind in letting us know what we needed to do. Don’t think we would have made it through the process without her assistance.
Janet was the greatest help!! She went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of. She did a fabulous job of making sure that we were happy!! We wish her the best of luck in the future. Jim and Phyllis Horner. Janet is top 10 in our book!
Janet was wonderful to work with. She sometimes had to explain things to me since it has been a long time since I have bought a house. Stuff that she deals with on a daily, but I was not familiar with. She was very patient, positive, and honest.
No fuss no drama, made selling our house easy. Had multiple local offers to choose from, even a sight unseen offer from 8 states away!
