I am a pre-approved homebuyer and highly recommend that you select another real estate professional and agency. My calls were not answered in a timely manner. By this I mean 7 to 10 days at a time. I sent text reminders that were met with constant excuses. The lack of communication, follow up, and follow through forced me to seek another real estate professional for my home buying needs. Very frustrating experience.
