Great communication!

Janet is an expert in her field. She walked us through the entire process, always let us know what the next steps were, so that we were prepared. She did a great job marketing the property. We only did our open house on one weekend and had roughly 38 groups come through. Janet was quick to respond to questions, texts, and e-mails. We are moving out of state, so she also did a great job communicating with our realtor in FL, so that the timelines would match up. I felt that even the little setbacks that can arise when selling a home, she had a plan for. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling or buying a home in the Bay area.
