Janet was very unprofessional. She wanted to sell my house so bad and didn't care about how I was being affected by the decisions that she made on her own. She lied to me and told me that she was holding $4k from me after the closing because the buyer wanted me to take out a hot tub that I had in the back yard after I specifically told her that I was selling as is. She practically forced me to take the hot tub out knowing that I had just given birth and I didn't have money to spare. Then when I took the hot tub out, she tells me that it was a lie, that she wasn't holding any money for me. She just wanted to me to get the hot tub out so she can sell the house. Then she refused to answer my calls. Never again I will do any business with her and if you don't want to be lied to and deceived, DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH JANET SANTORO.
