I met Janet Roach at an open house when I was searching for a single family in the Boston/greater Boston area. She was very approachable, spent extra time speaking with me, offered to come and look at my condo and do a free market analysis for me. Fast forward to several months later, as I looked at many homes in the Medford area(and brought Janet with me to some of the ones I was particularly interested), made offers, in some cases got outbid in a highly competitive market, then finally found the one I was looking for - and I didn't hesitate. I bought it. Janet then helped me to prepare and sell my condo and I got a price that was significantly over what I listed it for. I couldn't have hoped for any better. She exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend having a realtor to guide you through the very complex, detailed, sometimes stressful process of buying and/or selling your home. You need an expert who has been through these transactions before and can guide you ever step of the way, which is what Janet did. Your home is probably your biggest investment you'll make in life.
