We put our house on the market after a hot spring and the market stalled for many months throughout the area. However, Janet was responsive, accommodating, and encouraging. It was definitely a different experience than we expected due to the market, but Janet never wavered and our house finally sold just as the pandemic started to close things down. I am so grateful to her for getting our house sold and for all of her hard work and many open houses as well as her unwavering support in helping us move on and find our new home.

Janet was truly a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond in getting information about the transaction, and providing vendors for inspection, movers, and contractors for renovation work to be done after the closing.
