From the listing to the sale of my home Janet's knowledge, communication and professionalism made me confident I had made the correct choice in my realtor. Janet's knowledge and communication made the process stress free. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you Janet!
We relocated to VA and our timeframe to find a home was critical. She got to know us before showing us any homes. She took our must haves and found some great options. All of the options she found had potential to be our next home. Once we found our house she helped us put our offer together. In this recent market, offers can be a bit tricky. Working with Janet we put together a reasonable offer and it was accepted! One and done was a great feeling! Due to the sellers and their agent, the closing process was horrendous. Despite their issues, Janet's ability to get things done properly were absolutely unparalleled. The sellers tried correcting problems against fire code and with substandard items. Janet was instrumental in correcting the issues from the sellers. We often joked during the closing that she should create a slogan, "Janet's got you covered!" In the end, we love our home and highly recommend Janet. Janet is professional, great to work with, and an all around "good people" person. If you want an agent that will stick with things and make sure they are done correctly, Janet's got you covered!
Answered all our questions rapidly and kept us informed with sale progress.
Janet was amazing guiding me through the step by step process. She let me know what matters needed to be addressed and resolved and what steps needed to happen next. She went above and beyond and the extra 100 miles after my approval to contact and schedule appointments. I was truly blessed to have Janet.
Janet was very professional and thorough. It was a very smooth transaction and the house was under contract and closed in 22 days! Definitely will refer her!
Janet Rehanek was a God Send. Such a wonderful blessing to a very stressful time for us. My job was moved to a new city and we had to either move or find another job. We had only been in our "retirement" home for 4 years. This was thought to be our last. However, life changes all of that. This was a "Corporate Sponsored" move so everything was not "standard" in this sell. We needed a realtor who could work within the guidelines of a "Corporate Sponsored" move which included working with multiple representatives of the "Sponsor" and their contractual requirements. We spoke to Janet and she won us over to herself way before winning us as a realtor. She was very transparent and explained the entire process to us. Everything that came along through the selling process never surprised us AND, if we didn't recall something, Janet was quick to provide a reassuring response reminding us of the process. We never felt insulted or "stupid" as she was always kind and reassuring. She guided us through completion of the selling process and we could not be happier with the results we were able to attain thanks in total to Janet. Janet is the epitome of a Sales Agent. Very professional but she was fully vested in the process and in helping us get the most out of this sell. If a stranger was to see us together during this sell, they would not be able to tell if we were the sellers or if Janet was. She was very genuine, caring and really shared in the emotions of selling our "retirement home". I would not even want to consider not going through the sell of our home without her. She was amazing and we were so struck by her that we have pretty much adopted her into our extended family. We still stay in touch and have invited her to visit us in our new location. We typically don't let folks get to close but with Janet, it was like she had been part of our family the whole time. THANKS JANET!!!!!
Janet was very helpful to us in making our move to Fauquier County. She worked with our home builder to make sure we were all on the same page during the construction process. Any questions that we had were always addressed in a timely manner. Should we need any real estate related manners attended to in the future, I would not hesitate to call on Janet.
