All of the options she found had potential to be our next home. Once we found our house she helped us put our offer together. In this recent market, offers can be a bit tricky. Despite their issues, Janet's ability to get things done properly were absolutely unparalleled. The sellers tried correcting problems against fire code and with substandard items. Janet was instrumental in correcting the issues from the sellers. We often joked during the closing that she should create a slogan, "Janet's got you covered!" In the end, we love our home and highly recommend Janet. Janet is professional, great to work with, and an all around "good people" person. Janet Rehanek was a God Send. Such a wonderful blessing to a very stressful time for us. My job was moved to a new city and we had to either move or find another job. We had only been in our "retirement" home for 4 years. This was thought to be our last. However, life changes all of that. This was a "Corporate Sponsored" move so everything was not "standard" in this sell. Janet was very helpful to us in making our move to Fauquier County. She worked with our home builder to make sure we were all on the same page during the construction process.
