Janet Rehanek was a God Send. Such a wonderful blessing to a very stressful time for us. My job was moved to a new city and we had to either move or find another job. We had only been in our "retirement" home for 4 years. This was thought to be our last. However, life changes all of that. This was a "Corporate Sponsored" move so everything was not "standard" in this sell. We needed a realtor who could work within the guidelines of a "Corporate Sponsored" move which included working with multiple representatives of the "Sponsor" and their contractual requirements. Very professional but she was fully vested in the process and in helping us get the most out of this sell. If a stranger was to see us together during this sell, they would not be able to tell if we were the sellers or if Janet was. She was very genuine, caring and really shared in the emotions of selling our "retirement home". I would not even want to consider not going through the sell of our home without her. She was amazing and we were so struck by her that we have pretty much adopted her into our extended family. We still stay in touch and have invited her to visit us in our new location. Janet was very helpful to us in making our move to Fauquier County. She worked with our home builder to make sure we were all on the same page during the construction process.
