Janet was AMAZING! She started with us 3 years ago when we lived in Ohio. With only a phone call, Janet found us a rental so we could move to Florida and research areas before finding our forever home. Janet followed up with us to see how our needs were progressing. Janet was teriffic in helping me find my new home in the Daytona Beach area. Last year I selected Janet Rabe Meyer, after having interviewed about ten others, to list my parents’ home of many years. The house was so unique (peculiar) on an undersized waterfront lot that the dozen-or-so suggested listing prices were all over the place. [Comps? What comps?]. Janet’s recommendation was well below the higher ones. So I took her to be realistic. She accepted my wish to list at a somewhat higher price. I accepted an offer (from a client of one of her colleagues at K-W) that was exactly the listing price she had recommended, so there was no “negotiation” per se.
Janet was open and attentive to my sale concerns. Not always an easy job, I believe Janet to be more than capable and honest to her approach.
