Well-organized and Easy Long-Distance Transaction
Janet was a pleasure to work with in the sale of my Mother's home. This was all done over the phone and by emails as I reside in another state. She was extremely good about giving me the straight truth, and never once did I feel that I was being pushed to accept an offer on the home. Janet was responsive (always same day, usually within the next few hours at most), very organized, and took initiative in advising what changes needed to be made with the property itself.
