"Had a real good feeling after our initial phone conversation. She had knowledge of the area where the home was located as far as activity in selling the home. Understood that we needed to have the comfort level with my aging father as this was his house. She personally met with him at his assisted living facility, took her time to listen to his needs. My father was impressed and so were we. She will be listing additional properties that father is going to put on the market."
