Working with Janet Melton was a joy. Janet's professionalism was undeniable. Everyone told us that a 1-bathroom house in the Cove would not sell for over $300,000 – but Janet just smiled and said let's try for $400,000. Our house closed at $380,000, and no one fussed about only one bathroom. Obviously, she was very knowledgeable about where the market was at the time. When we first talked to her, Janet insisted we wait about two weeks before putting it on the market for a video to be made of the house and property, as the company that did the videos was booked. Although we were hesitant about waiting – we were so glad we did, as the video was marvelous!! It certainly was a big reason the house sold so quickly. Janet told us it would make a difference and she was so right!!
