A Delightful Neighbor and a Top-Notch Agent!

Finding the right real estate agent can feel daunting, but I was fortunate enough to connect with Janet. First, as a neighbor, we met while walking our dogs in the neighborhood and having friendly conversations. It wasn't until later that I learned she was an experienced agent, and after discussing my plans to sell, I knew she was the perfect fit. Janet went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Her communication was exceptional. She kept me informed every step of the way, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and clearly; this level of communication was invaluable. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way (which are inevitable in any complex process), Janet handled them with professionalism and grace and navigated any challenges smoothly. Janet took charge of both the open house and all property showings, ensuring everything ran efficiently and professionally. Her expertise in pricing was evident. She asked insightful questions about our expectations and timeline, and provided data-driven suggestions for the list price, ultimately leading to a successful outcome. I highly recommend Janet to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, communicative, and reliable realtor. She truly embodies the qualities of a great neighbor and an exceptional agent.
