As a REALTOR®, I belong to the Missouri and National Realtors Association. I have listed and sold a variety of properties to include residential, agricultural, land, and commercial properties. I am also an REO Specialist with many years of bank owned real estate experience. Early in my career I earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI is a National Association of Realtors Designation. The course is intended to help agents to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth market knowledge, increased proficiency in a broad array of subjects to enhance professionalism and business success. I have also attained the e-PRO Certification through NAR. It teaches using real estate technology to grow business and make it more efficient. Personally, I have always loved touring homes and checking out different floor plans and decorative ideas. In elementary school I belonged to a 4H club and signed up for a Home Design Project. I have been married for over 30 years. I have four children and 9 grandchildren. My husband served time in Operation Iraqi Freedom, and during that time we had 2 of our own real estate offices that I worked, along with a construction company that built spec homes. Our children have been involved in 4-H, FFA, sports, band, showing horses/dogs. I am super proud of the productive adults they have become!! My background also includes a lot of agriculture – from being raised on a dairy farm, to having beef cattle, to taking chickens to elementary school for show and tell!!
