Janet was very professional from the start. She always had time for us, and always responded to all our questions and concerns. It was our first home purchase and we didnt really know exactly what we were looking for but Janet just said “if we have to look at a thousand houses to find you the right one, than thats what we will do”. We appreciate that she was so patient with us. She explained every step to us and we always felt like we had a solid team representing us.
