We called Janet around the Christmas holidays and asked her if she could show us a home that we really wanted to see. We went to see the home the following day and she became our real estate agent showing us many additional homes in the Plainfield area over the following few weeks. Not only was she instrumental in showing us properties but she also offered us insights throughout our home purchase process. She was able to recommend to us a real estate attorney as well as a home inspector. She was also there for us when we had questions or concerns. We highly recommend Janet. Janet was great! I was that needy client & she always was very responsive on a moments notice. She also helped me make decisions that I never would have thought of. Very friendly & personable. We also had some good laughs. She was very patient with me as we looked at 36 properties together.

Janet was an absolute joy to work with during this amazing experience. She was so kind and patient with us as we took a long time to make a decision. She was always there for us whenever we needed any help or had a question. She drove for miles and miles to show us homes that met our criteria and then she'd point out things that would cause concern right off the bat. I felt like we were dragging her all over the place and being very picky but she never once acted like we were wasting her time or steered us in the wrong direction. She always looked out for our best interests and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our decision for our family, schools, driving distances from work, and all of the workmanship involved in the houses. I highly suggest working with Jan, she is extremely knowledgable on all of the ins and outs of buying and selling a home. She also has incredible resources for all of the people needed to close the deal. I'm sad that we won't be working with her but I'm glad I made a new friend. Even the kids were happy when we were going to meet up with Janet! I'm so thankful, she took really good care of us, we found our dream home!!! She made it happen!!
