As stressful as listing your home or moving may be, Janet has made it fun for us. She is very smart, extremely professional and completely places her clients goals/needs/time in front of her own. She priced our house appropriately to gain interest from the right parties, and collected multiple offers within the first week. Out of 10 showings the first couple of days, we received 4 offers above asking price, but in close range. Janet is very professional and easy to work with. She was open to look at as many house as we needed before we made a decision. She helped us out with process of buying our new house and selling our old one. She gave us pointers on how to stage the house and we had people wanting to look at it the first day on the market and offers came with in days. She was also good with working with our schedule and having two little ones, our schedule was not the easiest!

We were very happy with Janet and would not hesitate to use her again. Janet was knowledgeable of the area and the current market. She did her job in finding a price that would bring people in. She was willing to have open houses and work with us to come up with the best contract terms for us. She followed up with every agent that showed our home. We were under strict time constraints and she listed the house and had all marketing materials available within a day or two of signing with her. We had a buyer just one month after listing with Janet.
