She guided us through the lending process first so we knew exactly how much we can afford and what our financial situation is. Like a Guidance counselor, she understands the value of listening to our needs. We wanted certain things in our home like a large family room and lots of space! Also, we had a budget to consider! After looking at 20+ properties and getting out bid on two, Janet found us the perfect home and skillfully negotiated below asking price and got all of our closing cost covered! Last, she managed to have a mobile notary come to our place early in the morning to sign escrow paperwork so we don’t have to miss work! She then followed up with bagels and coffee to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. Most importantly, she surprised us by giving us some a welcome home gift. Nice touch!
