I had a very positive experience with Janet. She was professional and through.
Janet was helpful from the beginning. She gave me great advice on staging, and making my home look it’s best for showing. All that staging work paid off, the house sold in a day! She worked quickly to close the sale on time. Janet and I also worked on the purchase of a small home in Vancouver a few years ago. That should have been an easy sell, but it was not. I don’t know how many houses we looked at! The purchase of the little home took quite awhile, and she never gave up on me. I would use her again if buying or selling in the Portland/Vancouver area.
