Janet Karabas

I listed my contemporary residence with Janet in 2019. The house was unique because it was designed by my dad, a well known Chicago architect, and occupied continuously by my family since 1969. I was concerned because the wrong buyer might have torn it down and destroyed an important part of his legacy. Janet enlisted an architectural writer to publish a piece on the house in Chicago Business that produced 3 immediate offers, and we sold for more than asking. In addition, I live out of state and Janet was of immense help in preparing the house for showing by arranging for cleaning and maintenance services. All of this was above an beyond what I could have expected of any other agent. The end result was truly outstanding and I highly recommend her.
